Bird Rescue & Baby Bird Care

We are the only place in Australia dedicated to rescuing, raising, and rehabilitating non-native sparrows and finches.

We offer expert, hospital-level care to house sparrows, tree sparrows, goldfinches, and greenfinches.

Bird Sanctuary

We offer permanent sanctuary to small birds who are unable to be rehomed, often due to illness or disability.

Since we began, we have helped give a second chance to over 350 birds in need.

We offer affordable on-site boarding in Warragul for your feathered family members.

G’Day Birdie Sanctuary - Established 2019

We started with just four budgies, yet have now grown to become one of Australia’s largest and leading bird rescues.

Based in Warragul, in the heart of West Gippsland, we provide the highest quality care to small birds in need, every day of the year.

The sanctuary is an ACNC registered charity and we will always be 100% not for profit.
