If you have found a sick, injured, or otherwise oddly-acting bird, please follow the steps on our I've Found a Bird page. Note that we are not registered wildlife carers.
For boarding inquiries, please include:
Proposed dates for boarding
Number of birds requiring boarding, and their species (e.g. three budgies + two cockatiels)
A copy of recent disease screening tests/boarding health certificate from your avian veterinarian
We will then send you our boarding form to be completed. Bookings are not finalised until you have received official confirmation from us.
